Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Schedule a Collection
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for door-to-door collection from your specified address.
Quality Check and Refund
After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
